Policies Cont'd: Proofs that receive no response from clients within a two week time frame of being sent will result in being changed to a “non-priority” status and therefore moved to the bottom of the list. Reinstating a “non-priority” project may require payment to be made in full before proceeding. All requests are considered individual projects regardless of size and will be billed accordingly.
All print projects require a written approval (via email). Jobs do not go to press until a final approval is received from the client - no exceptions. Email approvals are saved and printed as proof of the project agreement, and are considered a contractual obligation. Alpine Graphics accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes or incorrect information on any project approved by a client. No refunds or reprints will be given after a final approved design has gone to print due to oversights by the clients proof reading. As with all printing, there may be some color variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final printed product looks like, as well as previous orders. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing. We do not provide reprints at our expense. Alpine Graphics reserves the right to certain elements used to create artwork including fonts, patterns, stock images, textures, color palettes and other non-exclusive items. Alpine Graphics may choose to place a small credit on some printed material, advertisements and websites in the form of a small logo, line of text or link. Alpine Graphics will not at any time share any confidential client information whatsoever without the prior written consent of the client. We do not provide rush services as we feel that it is not fair to give “priority status” to jobs that will put the progress of other clients’ work on hold. We do offer priority shipping on print materials and are happy to provide you a price quote for this. We do not work weekends or holidays. |
